My name is Colleen Steppa. I am a social worker (LCSW – AZ, LICSW – MN) and the founder of Amity Consultation & Counseling. It’s nice to meet you!

Amity Counseling & Consultation is a certified Small Women Business Enterprise that was formed out of a desire to mentor and facilitate stronger networks with other social work professionals and to provide judgement-free therapy for people looking to improve their mental health.

We started as a solo private practice in 2018, and are now a small but growing group practice conveniently located in Ahwatukee, Arizona! I believe in social justice and access to care for everyone, so we are in-network with most major insurances and also offer affordable self-pay rates.

In addition to counseling services, I am able to offer licensure supervision to LMSWs and consultation services to organizations that are interested in investing in their employee’s mental health.
