Telehealth & In-Person Therapy & Supervision
I specialize in work with adults in individual therapy using an empowerment and coaching focus to guide through interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and recovery from relationship or family violence. My preferred treatment approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Internal Family Systems, Sand Tray, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I offer in-person and telehealth therapy options for Arizona residents. For residents of Minnesota, I can offer telehealth only as I am an Arizona resident. I provide telehealth sessions via a HIPAA-compliant online platform and am able to send and receive forms remotely for a completely online therapy experience.
I am licensed as a clinical social worker in the states of Minnesota and Arizona, and able to supervise interns or pre-licensed social workers in either state as well as clinical social workers in Arizona. I am bilingual in French and English.

Consultation
Through board membership in Kaity’s Way, the Association of Macro Practice Social Workers, and the International Association of Social Work with Groups, I have experience assisting small businesses with marketing, development, and training.
This includes formation and execution of business development plans, customer vetting and pricing, creating policies, customer relationship strategies, and social media campaigns. I also have 3 years’ experience as a Motivational Interviewing and Coaching methods trainer, creating curriculum for direct service providers in county-funded programs. I currently offer corporate training on subjects that include ethics, client services, intimate partner violence, self-care, and workplace relationships. I am also a professor at Arizona State University where I teach graduate-level social workers in a variety of topics.
